Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kuviava. We are dedicated to ensuring your home essentials reach you safely and promptly.

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure each item, especially our lamps and textiles, is securely inspected and packed.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days.

Estimated delivery times are based on the date of shipment, not the date of order. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates, as customs clearance or local postal delays may occur.

3. SECURE & PROTECTIVE PACKAGING

At Kuviava, we take extra care in packaging:

  • Lamps: We use double-walled boxes and customized foam inserts to ensure fragile components survive the journey.

  • Pillows & Blankets: These are shipped in moisture-proof, vacuum-sealed packaging to ensure they arrive clean and fresh. We maintain a high standard of logistics to ensure a breakage-free delivery record.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Kuviava is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT

If you receive your order and your lamps are broken or your textiles are damaged, please contact us immediately at support@kuviava.com.

  • Requirement: Please provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item and its packaging.

  • Resolution: We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any items damaged during transit, provided you contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kuviava is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer's expense.
