Return and Refund Policy

At Kuviava, operated by Ponhu HongKong Limited, we take pride in the quality of our pillows, blankets, and lamps. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you with a return or exchange.
1. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. ITEM-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

Pillows & Blankets: For health and hygiene reasons, these items can ONLY be returned if they are in their original, unopened, and vacuum-sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for used, washed, or opened bedding products unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

Lamps & Lighting: These items must be returned with all original components (bulbs, cords, shades). Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your lamp arrives broken or your textile products have visible defects, please email us at support@kuviava.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the damage.

We will provide a prepaid return label (if applicable) and arrange a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. RETURN PROCESS & FEES
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email support@kuviava.com with your order details and reason for return.

Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Shipping: For non-defective returns (e.g., changed your mind, wrong color choice), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in original condition.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
